Kickoff Retreat April 25th - 26th
Begin your journey by disconnecting from your daily routine and spending a day and half focused on you. You'll get clear on what matters most to you, you'll build strong connections with the other attendees, and you'll leave ready to do the work to get the results you desire.
Bimonthly Group Coaching Calls
From May to October, you will join group coaching calls twice a month with other participants navigating similar challenges as you.

You will identify the actions you need to take towards your goal, as well as obstacles getting in your way and how to remove them.

You'll gain insight not just from content and coaching, but also what you hear from your peers.

You will also begin to experiment and take action to make real progress toward what you want.
1:1 Coaching Sessions
To bookend your experience you'll get two 1:1 coaching sessions to explore what matters most to you and ensure you have a plan to sustain your progress when the program wraps up.
